The voice of Bernie Sanders

When I first heard Bernie Sanders, I immediately thought of the voice of the aardvark from
"The Ant and the Aardvark" cartoon.

I've searched for that cartoon in the past but for some reason it's scarce to find.

I found the name of the voice actor, John Byner, and I found his impression act in which he imitates Jackie Mason, which inspired the voice of the Aardvark.
