This is the suit Yusaku Maezawa's company designed to allow for accurate 3D body scans using a smartphone for online clothing sales. They also have one for measuring feet for shoes.
I proposed an idea for offering 3d body scanning as a service in AT&T retail stores and partnering with major brands to facilitate online clothing sales when I was at AT&T around this same time - 2018. I called it 'body keys'.
